PIPE BENDING
Our in-house capabilities include cutting, hot & cold forming, press forming, rolling forming, ball passing, welding, grinding, finishing, gauges, handling, and hydraulic testing for the manufacture of L.R. bend, welded 2 half fittings, flanges, and outlets.
HEAT TREATMENT
The following services are available: heat treatment (solution annealing), temperature control (with heat treatment chart available for client review), surface treatment, machining (drilling and boring), ID control (pickling), anti-rust coating (passivation) for excellent protection and long-lasting packaging.
PLATE PRESSING
Each of our products has a manufacturer test certificate from a renowned national and international third party. Inspections can be performed in accordance with customer specifications.
